TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Absolute’s web shop, absoluteaccessories.dk We ask you to read these terms and conditions before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time. When a customer places a purchase order, the customer agrees and consents to these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to shop at absoluteaccessories.dk
If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the web shop, ABSOLUTE will notify you by email.

PRICES

All prices at absoluteaccessories.dk are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of ordering. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes any time.
ABSOLUTE is not bound by any incorrect price information which the customer evidently or reasonably should have understood as incorrect, and which may have emerged due to technical faults.
If incorrect price information has been shown on the web shop, you will be offered either to purchase the item at the correct price, or to cancel the order.

Note that we do not stand responsible for any extra VAT or duty costs outside of Denmark. In countries other than Denmark, The customer is fully responsible to research all VAT and duty costs of their respective country before proceeding with an order.

PAYMENT

Payment is possible in the currency Danish kroner. Available payment options are credit or debit cards, MOBILE PAY payment. The payment will be deducted when the order is being sent.
Please note that we are unable to accept gift cards, merchandise cards, cash or cheques as payment in the web shop.

DELIVERY

ABSOLUTE accepts and processes the purchase orders in the order that they are submitted to the web shop. All orders are shipped from Denmark. Normally the time of delivery to Denmark is 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri). The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection.
All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you previous to completing the order.
Non-collected items
If a delivered package is not collected or cannot be delivered to the specified address, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
Delay
Should your order be delayed, you will receive a message about this, including a new suggested time of delivery. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

If you are not happy with the product, you can return it at your own expense.
Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a replacement of items or a refund. You must return the items in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be replaced with the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability.

WHEN RETURNING

Please email us at service@absoluteaccessories.dk
to inform us that you are returning goods to us. Please write RETURN and your order number in the email title. Also, let us know:

• What item you are returning
• The reason you are returning the goods
• Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund

Ensure that the goods you are returning are packaged securely; we must receive the goods in their original condition. Please make sure the parcel is sent in an insured and traceable mode of transportation, and keep your receipt for the shipment. Note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.
Please note that any refunds will be made using your original method of payment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

It is important that you remember to write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package and return label for two reasons:
• To ensure a faster dispatch
• To avoid custom duties and other applicable taxes being added
Any customs or VAT related costs due to incorrectly marked return package will be charged back to you.
Please do not include the invoice from ABSOLUTE in the return shipment.
If requested by shipping company, set value to USD 10.

COLOURS

We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on absoluteaccessories.dk in detail reflect the accessories colours in reality. The colours may be reflected in different ways, depending on, among other things, your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

If you are not happy with the product, you can return it at your own expense.

Welcome to the absoluteaccessories.dk website.
We need the following information when you use our website for shopping:
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We only registrate and pass on personal data necessary for delivering the products to you. ABSOLUTE collects and processes personal information under the existent law on collecting personal data. We only disclosure your information with partners such as freight companies of ABSSOLUTE to the extent that it is necessary to fulfil your order. We will not share or sell any information about you to other third parties.

ABSOLUTE prioritizes data privacy and confidence. At the same time, we want to give you the best possible experience when you visit our website.

We may collect technical and usage data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns when you interact with our website. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies.

ABSOLUTE processes personal data for marketing purposes under the existent laws, including the requirement to collecting your consent before sending out electronic marketing material. Our newsletter subscription can be cancelled at any time.
ABSOLUTE uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industrial standard for transmitting information to process your order. You have the right to, upon request, be informed which information we have registered of you and take exception to a registration according to the personal data protection act. If the information is wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

All orders will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday through Friday.
Orders within Denmark will be shipped (2–5 working days).

Please be aware that prices will be shown in DANISH KRONER at checkout.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after placing your order. A shipping confirmation will follow as soon as your products are on their way. Please be advised that orders outside Denmark may be subject to custom fees upon arrival in your country.
These expenses are not covered by ABSOLUTE ACCESSORIES.
